SERVICES WE PROVIDE

One-on-one


All one-on-one training consists of meeting with your trainer weekly, and every session is programmed to meet your goals. Clients also receive an additional training program via our myFITPRO app, which includes video breakdowns of every exercise. Each one-on-one session comes with a monthly re-evaluation in which we assess your body fat and weight, and make any necessary adjustments.

Small Group


All small group sessions consist of a strength training program per individual client. The first 20-30 minutes is comprised of form adjustments and proper progressions as far as weight goes. The conditioning portion is established with combining exercises that meet the baseline of all trainees. Please note that clients with serious injuries or age differences may not spend as much time on the strength training portion.

In Home Training


Going to the gym can be a haunting experience. Additionally, the drive, and gym membership, can cause high costs. We want to simplify this. Allow us to bring our equipment to you and train you from the comfort of your home or office. We offer equipment rental during the duration of our training agreement.

Online Training


We understand that the quality and high demand of our in-person training does limit potential clients who live a further distance from gaining access to us. Therefore, we have designed an online training platform that will provide the accountability you need on a daily basis. Whether it be periodic checks-ins or providing you form analysis, as well as form video content, our goal is to better assist you in your fitness journey. All of this available at your fingertips.

Nutrition


We provide customized meal plans available to all clients who invest in our training. We can also help customize your own plan, keeping into consideration your budget and food preferences. Please note we are not licensed nutritionists.
