What to Expect
Together, we will go on a visual journey of your short-term and long-term goals. The trainer will then set steps necessary to achieve those objectives and provide a realistic time frame.
Find Baseline Fitness
Next, we will evaluate your baseline fitness, which will consist of your endurance, strength, muscle imbalance and postural imbalance. We will evaluate your body fat composition and overall weight.
