  • Conduct a functional screening assessment of the lower body.
  • Perform supporting lower-body breakout assessments as needed (ankle, knee, hip, and Lumbo-Pelvic-Hip Complex).
  • Assign food logging to track nutrition habits and daily intake.
  • Assign one individualized program to complete.

Corrective Protocol & HIIT Workout

  • Incorporate and assign a daily lower-body corrective protocol based on findings from Session 1.
  • Review Phase 1 of your personalized nutrition plan.
  • Complete a HIIT workout to assess cardiovascular fitness.
  • Assign two individualized programs to complete between sessions.

Upper Body Screening & Assessments

  • Conduct a functional screening assessment of the upper body.
  • Perform supporting upper-body breakout assessments as needed (shoulder and neck).
  • Assign two individualized programs to complete between sessions.
  • Discuss the projected length of training required to achieve your goals.
  • Provide a customized email outline detailing the recommended training investment and estimated timeframe.

Session 4

Programming Foundation & Strength Testing

  • Incorporate and assign a daily upper-body corrective protocol based on findings from Session 3.
  • Break down one new barbell functional movement with proper technique and coaching cues.
  • Work up to a 5-rep max on the functional movement to establish a benchmark.
  • Discuss scheduling options should you choose to continue training.

Between Sessions

After each session, you’ll be assigned tasks—whether corrective exercises, nutrition adjustments, or movement-based activities—to reinforce your training and accelerate progress.

Freddy is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) serving clients in Saint Louis, Missouri with a lifelong commitment to results-driven, client-focused coaching.

He holds dual degrees (Bachelor’s and Master’s in Public Accounting) from the University of Missouri–St. Louis, bringing a structured, analytical approach to training, program design, and measurable results.

He has competed in Powerlifting and Mixed Martial Arts, holding the state deadlift record at 711 lbs from 2015–2022, and earning a Mixed Martial Arts Amateur Title with Shamrock Promotions in 2018.
